McDonald's Coffee Lawsuit

UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A western Pennsylvania woman is suing McDonald's saying her 11-year-old grandson was scalded by hot coffee in a cup served with a loose lid in a drive-through lane.

  1. Just another example of lack of responsability. Ofcourse this is going to cause prices to go up at Mcdonalds all because a woman did not use comon scense and check the lid on a cup of coffee that she wanted and asked for. Nobody made her get that cup of coffee. She asked for it. It just really angers me to no end that grown adults refuse to take responcability for them selfs. What are they teaching their children? Do what ever you want to, some one else will be responcable for it. Everything is always someone elses fault. What a wonderful world they are creating.
